Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the PromptersBox iOS app. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
Subscription
PromptersBox is a monthly subscription of $19.99 USD, billed through your Apple account. New subscribers get a 3-day free trial; unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and renews each month until canceled. You can cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings (Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All billing, and any refunds, are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms.
License to content
The scores, IPA transcriptions, translations, and analyses in PromptersBox are protected by copyright. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own study while your subscription is active. You may not copy, capture, record, redistribute, publish, or share the content, or make it available to anyone else, in any form.
Anti-piracy enforcement
The app detects attempts to capture or copy content (for example, screenshots or screen recording), and content may be marked with your account identity. Capture attempts are logged. Repeated or serious attempts may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund of the current billing period.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including the content license and anti-piracy provisions above.
Disclaimers
The app and its content are provided “as is.” We work hard to keep transcriptions, translations, and analyses accurate, but we do not warrant that they are error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
